If you came to this page - first of all, welcome!

Who are we?
We are a community dedicated to supporting KAT-TUN by regularly (once a month) sending them postcards from all over the world and showing our boys just in how many countries they have their hyphens.
If you want to read a little more about the goals of our project, you can do it here.

How it works?
Every month one of the countries provides a postcard, which is then sent by fans from all over the world. It is explained in more detail here

How can you participate?

1. Personally - by printing out the postcards and sending them before the deadline. Let's show our boys that they have a lot of fans! We provide guidelines for printing and sending with each new uploaded postcard.
See the schedule to know when there will be a new sending and which country provides the postcard for it.
You can also make a photo of your printed-and-ready-to-be-sent postcards and share it with us here.

2. By spreading the word about this project within the KAT-TUN fandom in your country and other countries. If you are a member in some community, we will be glad if you post there information about this project and our new sendings. If you can translate it into other languages, don't hesitate to do so.

3. By making a postcard from the fandom in your country.
For this you have to sign up here or on Facebook. In the same post you can also check, which countries have already made their postcards, and which have already signed up to make them.
For guidelines on what should be on the postcard, its size, resolution etc - look here.

However you choose to participate - we sincerely thank you for supporting KAT-TUN and our project! We are all hyphens, wherever we live!
Dear hyphens around the world!

We are ready to send the fourteenth postcard of the project "International Hyphens Support KAT-TUN"!

We apologize for a little hiatus, which arose both due to the New Years celebration and the fact that we could not contact the person in Indonesia, who signed up to make the postcard for December. So we ask you again - if you signed up, please take care to remember the month when your postcard is due, and if for any reason you can not do it in that month - inform us beforehand, so that the next country has time enough to step up instead.

And if the person from Indonesia - no matter this one or any other Indonesian hyphen - wants to make the postcard for February, please contact us about it! Otherwise in February we expect a postcard from Corea, and the German hyphen, whose postcard is due in March should also start preparing it, in case we ask her to step up. That's why we are listing the order of next countries in every such post.

Meanwhile, the fourteenth postcard is created by the Arabian hyphens of KAT-TUN (this is a colloboration of hyphens from the countries, whose flags you will find on it). And we thank you for any help that you can lend in supporting this project - by sending the postcards yourselves, spreading the word among your national and international KAT-TUN communities, and of course - you can volunteer to make the postcard from your country to be sent one of the next months! (For this, you will need to sign up under the “Sign-Up Post” here.) Let us make this project continue!

The schedule of the coming postcards is here and has the specific dates each postcard should be ready on, so if you have signed up to do the postcard for your country, please keep track of when your postcard is due and if possible be ready at least three weeks before it, in case the country before you asks for a delay!

And now – FOURTEENTH POSTCARD!

We remind you that even if a postcard is made by a fandom of specific country – the whole sense of the project is that it is sent by as many people and from as many places around the world as possible! Let us support KAT-TUN together as true hyphens united by one “chain” of love for KAT-TUN!

What you need to do:

1. Download the postcard in good quality here: PDF – MF, JPG – MF.

Please note that this time the card is two-sided!

Our Arabian sisters in fandom have also prepared a message in Japanese. So if you are from an Arabian country yourself - you may want to print it in the free place on the backside of the card:

Read the message and it translation hereCollapse )

2. Print it out. In case you don't have a color-printer - it can be done in most copy-centers or you can even print it as a photo in a regular photo studio.
It can be sent either as a plain postcard or inside an envelope, but please remember that if you are printing it on a digital printer – the colors may get smudged or fall of the paper during its travel to Japan, so if you use a digital printer – we encourage you to post it in an envelope (see 3).

3. If you send it in an envelope – don’t forget to put a logo of this project onto the envelope as well! You can download the logo in good quality here: JPG – MF; PDF – MF; and either print it directly onto the envelope, or print it separately on a sticker or just print it out on paper and glue it onto the envelope. But it is important that our letters are recognizable as part of one project!

4. Send it to this address:

And don't forget to support our boys by buying their singles, albums and DVDs - our support counts, even if not in Oricon!
As some of you may have noticed - there was no postcard last month. But that absolutely doesn't mean that we have gone out of business - just that it is summer, a season, where some people have holidays, other people - exams, and yet other - a killing working spree, hence a little breach in our scheduling. But we are glad to announce that we already have the postcard from the fandom of England ready and will post it for sending in a pair of weeks.

Нowever, we wanted to use this opportunity to sincerely thank everybody, who has been supporting us throughout these months - either by producing the postcards or by diligently sending them. Really, guys, hontoni origato! You are the best!

We also hope to draw the attention of those, who has not been participating, or maybe didn't know about the project at all.

So, guys, if it is the first time you hear about our project:

This is a project that we thought up as a way for us international hyphens to show our support to KAT-TUN, to show them that their fans exist in many countries of the world, and that we can work all together to support each other and KAT-TUN.

The gist of it is very simple - every month a fandom of one country makes a postcard and then the fans from all throughout the world send this postcard to JE within a certain deadline. In this way - even if the fandom in your country is not so big, you still get a chance to be noticed. (You can read a bit more about the project here)

So far the project has already continued for eight months - and we have sent postcards from the fellow-hyphens in Russia, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, the USA, Czech Republic, Moldova, Romania and Kyrgyzstan. And we have England, Ukraine, Turkey and Israel already signed up for the next months.

If your country is not among the above-mentioned and you want to make a postcard for it - feel free to sign up (under this post here). Actually, even if your country has already participated - feel free to sign up - only of course the first-timers will have the precedence schedule-wise. But in the end - our goal is to make this project last as long as possible - to show that our support for KAT-TUN is continuous, and not just a one time thing.

If you don't feel like making a postcard - you can still participate by sending our postcards once a month and by spreading the word about this projects among the hyphens of your country.

Let's support KAT-TUN together!

P.S. A few words on the matter of OriconCollapse )
